my mom had told me about this place and that they had been helpful to her in their shop. so i called to schedule an appt for landscaping my front yard. they were very friendly on the phone. but thirty minutes after they were suppose to be at my house, no one was there. it turns out they had FORGOTTEN my appointment. she had someone rush out there. we talked about what i wanted, my price range, and preferences. when he left i was excited and he told me to expect something in a week.
2 weeks later, i finally called the office. the owner told me they had been swamped with clients. she apologized and said he had finished my plans and would be in contact with me. another week later, and i STILL had not had any contact from them.
my advice, stay away. they are seemingly nice people, but don't seem to have the professionalism needed to keep clients. or maybe they only want the jobs that bring in a lot of money so i wasn't important enough to warrant even a courtesy call from them.
BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY WILL BE SURE TO WASTE YOURS
