I would strongly not recommend Kinwood for any services. After planting trees for us in the fall and guaranteeing them until April, Kinwood has not lived up to their guarantee even though they agreed that the trees were dead and needed to be replaced. They did schedule several different appointments to complete the work, but they NEVER show up and then try to schedule for sometime in the future once we get a hold of them days after they were supposed to show up. This nightmare has continued for almost 2 months now. There have been multiple complaints against them on the Nashville Better Business Bureau website. There is just too many other options out there to be treated in the manner we have. Here's to hoping that they do the right thing soon and complete the job at which time, I'll update my review.
