Called to make an appointment for my new cats a month ago. When I called I asked for prices, 1 cat needed his shots, the other I just had to establish with a vet since she was newly addopted. I specifically asked if i would be charged for 2 office vistits. The woman cleary said NO it would only be 1 office visit charge!!! Had an ok experience Dr. Lisa was friendly and informative. Went to pay my bill and it was $70 more than I had expected, they charged me for 2 office visits. I told them what I was told when I called and made the appointment and they said I was mistaken there must of been a misunderstanding. If I would have known they were going to charge for 2 office visits I would have called around or utilized a rabies clinic!!! We will be going to a new vet, I will not go back to Countryside.
