Go to http://bobs-discount-furniture.pissed consumer.com/ WOW over 700 complaints, If I saw this before I never would have stepped foot in the place we went in and paid CASH for a living room set with the promise we could pick up during christmas vacation a week later, a day later they called and "misplaced" our payment BUT they knew we paid cash, we would now have to wait an extra week to pick up till "Corporate" could ok it. after a few days of BS we canceled the order and was told we would get refund in 10-14 days. Refund came when said and I cashed 1800. check at my bank, a week later my bank called and said BOB'S had put a stop payment on check, NOW I have multiple checks bouncing as they took the $1800. back out of my account giving me a negative balance. WELL it took a few weeks of the same BS with phone calls and promises till I finally got my refund AGAIN. BOB'S Stores was 100% at fault and they WILL NOT compensate me for the bank fees I have BECAUSE of their ERROR. Keep in mi more
