Went to store, the sales guy was helpful. counters came when promised, installed I complained at the time, the seam in front of sink was not invisible as promised. I asked them to buff it an hide it. they said it couldn't be hiden. the seam under the counter is sharpe. the stove area is very tight, even though the same stove was present during measuring. I asked if the could be buffed down some more so it didn't rub. again NO. This was in Aug. this week we called them because a chip occured when a glass slipped out of hand. caused a small chip around the sink. Which is odd since it shouldn't have been that sensitive, since its a thick granite. we called for them to come out. the man said not sure they can fix it. asked again about the seam. another reply of not sure it can be done. Which isn't what we were told when purchased, it is jagged an very visible, 2200 dollars ...
