This, was the worst experience at a dealership, I ever had.The service department,are not CERTIFIED to the level of excellence, they should provide.I thought after dealing with some jerk, named Terry Burnett,and Dan wickstrom himself,which is a foul mouthed, vodka smelling lowlife, some years ago, it would change.It just got worse,dropped off my car for service,picked it up,and all my money that was in my glove box was gone.It was change, but I had around 10 bucks, and my I Pass was gone,and 2 cd's,and the picture of my 18 year old daughter.A big,cigarette burn on my seat,sealed the deal to bitch up a storm.All I got was sorry! Told them to refund my money,and find the pervert, who took my daughters picture,and my I Pass.Never found,got a full refund.Never ever, deal with ANY Wickstrom dealership,your just giving money, to people, who are screwing you again.
