The sales people convince you that they are selling real diamonds. They are not! Then, when you call to talk to them about it, they hang up on you! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Jan Sexton is the general manager of Haywood House who runs the Lily's stores. She will hang up on you too! Terrible product, terrible employees, terrible service!
