I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. They lied to my wife, lied to me, and argued with me for a good 20 minutes before leaving in a huff. They fixed the problem, but did it begrudgingly and it took two visits--and it was only the wax seal under the toilet!! That is not a difficult thing to fix. I would have done it, but it was covered under my home warranty (with Landmark, which is an excellent company in my experience, except in their choice of plumbers).\r

Let's look at this as well: If you look at the positive reviews ---the writing style is similar, short phrases, emphasizing the same things in roughly the same order. The lack of detail, the abundance of flowery language. And then the negative reviews are seething. Seem fishy to anyone else?
