They do not prepare your dish as you request. Worse yet, they won't notify you that they will not make slight changes, but will prepare it as usual, not giving you the option to order something else before everyone else at your table is already served. The shrimp scampi is also sub-par. It tasted like they melted butter, tossed some chopped garlic in and poured it over noodles and shrimp. The flavors are not melded together.
