If you want customers to respect and trust your business it is important to honor your marked prices. As a local hair stylist and 4 year patron of your business, I was terribly disappointed and felt invaluable when I was not able to purchase several items for the marked price. Best business practices is to honor the marked price and then make price corrections on future sales. That had been the second time I have had the same issue at your business an am now saddened to say that I will no longer , and will encourage my client to not patronize a business that dishonor their marked prices as well as dismiss the value of their customers. Businesses are successful because of their customer service practices.
