The previous tip was from early 2000s. My boyfriend and I rented a 2 bedroom townhome here in 2012. Needless to say, things obviously have drastically changed between then to now. We actually ended up paying to break our lease because living was ridiculous here. I feel so bad to whoever lives in #64 as you are next to the craziest human beings who sit on there porches all day because they are all unemployed, by choice. We actually would go in our bedroom to get away from hearing the toothless neighbor talking. She would call the cops constantly, had an insane daughter who it sounded like she was murdering every night from the screams. The manager that worked while we were living here knew how crazy this lady was and would tell us she couldn't stand her. Management did nothing for us and actually asked me after telling them these people are outside for 8 hours a day gossiping and screaming, well you must have a second of quiet. If that's what you base happiness on then move here. There is NO privacy, everyone is on your porches or walking/standing in your front lawn. We were paying full price, while our unemployed neighbor was paying 200 or less and completely ruined our lives while living there. Watch out for Virginia! And the drug dealers all over these properties. It is like a creepy cult of section 8 people who have nothing better to do all day but stand in front of your windows. Anyways move here at your own risk. We had high hopes.. At first
