This pizza place has very poor customer service. My husband and I usually order a panzerotti and mushrooms which comes to $12.50 and we use our coupon for free soda on an order over $12.00. Sunday we had a friend over and he ordered with us. He purchased the Sunday special of veil and also an order of meatballs. His order doubled our cost to over $24.00. When we tried to use our coupon for our usual free soda, we were told we can' t use a coupon with a special. We tried to explain we were paying double our usual order and that we always use the coupon but the restaurant would not listen. I tried to contact them on facebook and my message as ignored and deleted. We find Roberto's in Elmhurst has better food and their panzerotti is $1 cheaper and they always let us use their coupons! After eight plus years of patronage, I will not be going back to Dominick's!
