Brought the car in to be repaired in August. Its now January and its still not completely fixed. Endless calls to the Service Advisor (have had 2 now) to find out status of ordered parts - usual response was ""I was just getting ready to call you, parts got in yesterday"". Calls to the Store Manager not returned.
Used them because they were recommended by our Insurance Company.
Worst service I've ever had. Don't know if this is standard for Service King, or just this location, but they suck.
