STAY AWAY!! I WOULDN'T LET THEM EVEN LOOK AT THEM FOR TOWING!! \r
The customer service at this business is non-existant. They held my son's car for 56 days. Everytime we called, which was at least once a week we were told they were getting to it and it should be done within a couple days. We never received a call from the owner and the manager was little help. The only reason I recieved was they were short handed. We had to rent a car after the first 30 days of them ""working"" on the car. Total cost for rental $900.00. When we finally picked up the car they were not willing to discount for the rental car. ""I didn't know you had to rent a car"" was the managers words. Well I didn't know you were going to hold the car for 56 days! I am totally dissatisfied with the service, and the fact that the owner of this hole couldn't even have the decency to call me sure left a sour taste. I will be seeing someone in court. STAY AWAY!! I WOULDN'T LET THEM EVEN LOOK AT MY VEHICLE FOR TOWING!!\r
