Thank you for the excellent service I received at Star Nissan. I have been a loyal customer since I purchased my Maxima in 2006. Customer service is extremely important to me. The gentleman that I worked with in the parts department was patient and articulate explaining the details of my purchase of wiper blades. He also answered numerous questions using simple language that I could understand. During the oil change several, rather urgent, repairs were discovered. I was overwhelmed by the costs I had not planned for. I was assisted in prioritizing and budgeting for necessary parts and repairs. Customer service makes all the difference when deciding where I purchase goods and services. I will be returning to Star Nissan for all service and parts because of the excellent service I received.
