There is no one on the staff that is competent. I had a very bad experience and never got it resolved. If your car is damaged by them, tough luck. They take NO responsibility and don't know what they are doing in the first place. If you are looking for an audio expert - keep looking. This bunch does not have any idea what customer service is and they have never heard of making the customer happy. more
