I have used this location at Westheimer and Gessner twice in the past and have always received EXCELLENT and friendly customer service. I recently had an event that I need to attend and took a pair of my favorite, comfortable, designer high heels in to have the heels repaired and I needed them back in 24 hrs. Percy was very helpful and courteous and insured that my shoes would be ready in time for me to wear them to the event the next day. I value a business that offers great service and stands behind their work and the Shoe Hospital and their employees epitomizes that for me. In closing, they can also do wonders with belts, purses and leather accessories.
