I came across this review for this company from Winter Haven, and had to throw my two cense in on Natural air Energy...I also saw a billboard on the road advertising a $35 service call from this same company. I felt like it was a gimmick from the get go, so I called a local A/C company wont mention the name; ) Which i was Charged a $75 service call, and then was told my A/C compressors was going out and the guy was trying to sell me a new unit within 30 min of being there...needless to say I kindly let the man know I would be in contact soon. This is when I thought about the $35 service Call i thought it was worth it to see what would happen if i called them if i would get the same response to my system. Natural air showed up on time, the service tech was in a clean vehicle, and he was actually really polite. Without telling the tech i had another company come out already, he fully checked out my unit and 20 min later he found all i had was a bad motor capicator that was a $85 part. Not only did Natural air save me a ton of money they proved me wrong that not all companies offer low service call rates to lure people in, mabye they are trying to do their part to help their community in offering this service ! No one else does! There tech also informed me that they offered In house finacing for their customers, which to me shows a lot in itself this company cares for its customers, there willing to finanice peoples systems for them! Who else does that !? I would Highly recomend this company to anyone who is looking for Honest service with there A/C system.
