I could not figure out how to match what blades would work on my fan, they were very nice and helpful when i called and were able to show me how to access all the different blade options on the website. i was reading it wrong way, very easy once you know how. maybe im not so good on the computer but they take extra time to show me how. also they gave me clear instruction on installing the fan on a sloped ceiling. i say I like the service which you don't much in these day and I will do business with them again.
