I gave her two resumes to work on. She called me abruptly to go to her home and get the resumes ASAP because she was having lunch with her son, giving me less than an hour notice. The resumes she presented were in black ink since she did not have ""color ink"" and instructed me to go to Kinko and have them make copies at my own expense. She did not provide any CD containing a copy of the resume or e-mail to review the resume before it was printed.
She failed to provide a cover letter for one of the resumes as instructed with the reasons why I was looking for a job in a different state. There was little change if any to the verbiage from the original resumes she received. The letter of presentation for my husband was not justified and contained errors.
I advised her that I was dissatisfied with the results and she has failed to contact me and address the situation. I would highly recommend someone else as she seems to place her personal schedules in front of her professional responsibilities.
