This establishment is a ripoff. We were renting our very first RV and had many issues upon returning it to them. The biggest problem was there was BLACK mold underneath my sons mattress when they loaned us the RV. We didn't know about the mold until we returned so they spent 9 nights sleeping with it and then the company wanted to charge us $300 for so called other ""damages"" to their RV when nothing worked right from the beginning. When I voiced how angry I was about the mold, the manager totally blamed everything on us, didn't take responsibility for his own mistakes and wouldn't allow me to speak to the owner. After several messages that I left for the owner the manager told me ""that the owner doesn't want to speak with you because you aren't a customer of his as there is another name on the contract and he would be happy to speak with him but not to you since you aren't his customer."" I was SHOCKED!! Anyone calling is a potential customer, not to mention I was listed on the contract and thus a current customer of his, I just didn't supply the credit card. The person who had the credit card called and also got the stonewalling from the manager, not being allowed to speak with the owner. I proceeded to call the dealer store regional manager of Cruise America and was told he would contact the owner and have him call me since the manager was preventing me from speaking with the owner. Big surprise that never happened either. I am reporting this business to the BBB and any other website that will allow me to voice my immense dissatisfaction with this company. Spending $2700 for an RV for 10 days and then wanting to charge us an additional $300 when we did nothing wrong is a rip off, not to mention the mold we were living with. I cannot believe the owner will still not speak with me when I am a customer voicing my compaint I have with his business. Horrible, horrible customer service. Giving even one star to this company is too generous, Take your business elsewhere as their RVs are dirty, old and falling apart.
