I am surprised to read bad reviews about the sales professionals! Because of what I've read, I would like to recommend my life-saver in this dealership so everybody could save themselves from rude people. I hate rude people too!!! My life-saver is Vic Santos and he is a sales and leasing consultant but if you have any other car related questions feel free to ask him. I met him here when I had a collision problem and I was certain I didn't want to pay a penny because first of all I had no fault at all. I needed an estimate and he nicely led me to the estimator and then walked me back to my car giving me money saving tips. When I got my money from insurance, I didnt wanna spend it because there was no damage, really and they told me that the bumper marks could be wiped away by a solution. I was certain that I didn't want to pay for the solution because it's just going to be a one time use and I had no idea what it was and where to find it. I came back to this Toyota because my mom and I was just thinking about a touch up paint and I found him again. I asked him about it, he talked to me about the solution that I still dont know the name, and we went to the back where they do car details. The nice gentleman over there wiped the bumper marks and it went away very easily and now it's all squeaky clean!!!! I AM SO THRILLEDDDD!!!! I didn't pay a dime!!!
The least I could do is give these people a review!!
Not all salesperson are money-mongering!!!! I feel bad for Toyota getting all bad reviews because of the unprofessional sales people and they bring down with them the good ones.
Guys, avoid the bad ones and find Vic Santos and I guarantee your happiness and your satisfaction. :)
