Perhaps this is because I'm used to dealing with Northridge Toyota down in SoCal (can we say ghetto?), but I was blown away by how unexpectedly pleasant my dealings with Piercey Toyota were.
* Note: I had a 7 AM appointment so I'm sure things get a bit more hectic later in the day.
I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I happened to have a pre-paid service coupon book, which I had lost. Northridge Toyota told me that they couldn't get me another one, but Piercey Toyota got on the phone with central service and had them mail another one to my home address. The service manager was friendly and got my paperwork done in a flash. It also turned out that I needed my brakes replaced. They called me to confirm and quoted me a pretty fair price.
The waiting area is spacious and quiet, with free coffee, tea, bottled water, and pastries. There are several comfortable lounge areas with tables and chairs and a bar arranged around flat screen TVs. There's WiFi so bring your laptop. There's also a small play area for children.
If you don't feel like, or can't, wait around the dealership for your car, their free shuttle service will drop you off pretty much anywhere in the South Bay and pick you up when your car is ready.
Thank you, Piercey Toyota, for making something that I've learned to dread a relatively painless experience~
