I Am a current resident for over a year, my apartment overlooks the golf coarse wich is awsome!!!!! But my lease is up for renewal and in this economy it will increase by two hundred dollars!!!! I have never been late and always early on my rent, I can't enjoy the golf course because there is doggie mess all along the gate and the grass walkway so there are no walks in the evening to enjoy the great view.On trash days trash is all over the complex,,,,(NASTY!!!) You would think they would want a tenant like me no complaints, but I guess with these rent fees it is time for me to jump into home ownership!!!!! Thanks for the push,,,Ranch at Ridgeview!!!!
