I wish I could give them a negative rating, that's how terrible it is. Every time I go there, they ALWAYS find a way to mess up my order really badly. Today, we asked for 3 chicken tacos, 3 chicken cheesy gorditas, 2 chicken crunchwrap supremes, and 3 fiesta potatos, with absolutely no beef in our order, and what do we get? taco shells with just lettuce, crunchwraps with just sour cream, gorditas with just cheese, and no fiesta potatoes. We even asked them if they got everything right and do you know what they said? ""Oh, don't worry, we double checked everything."" Double checked my ass. I don't think that's a very complicated order. They also took a very long time and STILL managed to mess up. I give them five stars for not listening, they do that very well. I also give them five stars for wasting time and lack of attentiveness. We had a great dinner of tortillas with sour cream...NOT. Another time, they managed to give us half of our order, but with beef in everything. -_- They keep getting worse and worse. I highly recommend that you go to any other restaurant besides this on, pick up snacks from the gas station, atleast you'll know what getting, but save yourselfs the frustration and money and just go to the next fast food place.
