I am so upset with the owner right now. I'm here for my 11:30 appt that is supposed to be with my normal hairstylist Danielle. When I got here I found out that not only is Danielle not working here anymore but that he double booked the appt. So now I need my hair done and I'm sitting here waiting. To the owner all I have to say is when YOU answer the phone and a customer asks for someone who no longer works for you don't tell them no problem and then doublebook the appt. As the owner you should have come in knowing that your people were going to have more people than they can deal with. Great price and previously great work but as an owner if you do this to other clients I will be surprised if you stay in business. I will not be recommending you and will be telling everyone about this experience. So I tried talking to the owner and before I could tell him the reasons I was upset he was hung up on me. I decided that was the final straw and walked out of his salon and will not be back. I was at another salon that afternoon when he called me on my cell phone that they had on file and told me that I had to listen to him. He was telling me the reasons he fired the stylist and that the police were being called. I tried to tell him that I did not care and not to call me back and he just kept saying listen to me so I hung up on him this time. Great customer service.
