I'm always conscientious of bad reviews, either informative with real concerns or simply gripes of being wronged; or both.\r

Agree with previous posters who claim poor service AFTER the sales; which is important if you're unlucky enough to have workmanship problems or items broken.\r

Before the sales, facilities (I visited Berlin, NJ and Norristown, PA) give you prompt, informative, no pressure and courteous treatment.\r

Expensive systems that do make you feel safe. Weathers very quickly. \r

AFTER sales, calls for minor and major issues are left relatively ignored. I won't go into our problems since rambling about specifics don't apply to everyone.\r

But, any item exchange/replacement or services (like staining) are very subpar. The 3rd party vendor they send out to do staining was horrible, didn't complete the job and refused to do so.\r

Ultimately, not sure what better alternative out there. Maybe big chains like Costco systems are less flashy and lower "status", but they
