I've been treating at Orthopaedic Specialty Institute since 2003, primarily for back issues, but recently needed some care for my knee. All the doctors I've dealt with, including the Physician Assistants, have been wonderful and very personable. They take the time to answer any questions you may have, and actually talk to you vs. talking at you. The office staff is great too, and do their best to be very accommodating. They even have a place for Physical Therapy if needed, which was beneficial to me :0)
If you have need for an Ortho Dr., this is a great place to be.
