I'm not easily pleased, but everyone at Superior Electronics was polite and professional. Having a small business myself these people know how to talk to their customers and explain to their customers what was wrong with their TV. They certainly did with me and they delivered as promised in 2 to 4 business days (they fixed Grandma's Sony 47"" flat screen ) Five stars to Superior Electronics, you and I are some of the last holdouts of good customer service.Thank you Superior
