My husbands motorcycle was in an accident,it is a Big Dog chopper they are the dealership for them. The insurance adjuster authorized repairs and cut check to Hacienda.
That was 3 months ago. My husband still does not have his bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not communicate to each other or the customer. The insurance agent sat at ""Wild Bill's""desk for 5 minutes while Bill finished his personal call. When asked how professional he thought that was his response was ""what?"" DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE FOR SERVICE!!!
