I came on in July of last year, so North Bay Truck Center was already an existing vendor. We put a lot of extra work on them, as far as new trucking tools go, and they worked hand-in-hand with us. So far, I've been pretty satisfied with them. They follow up when follow up is needed, and they take care of issues when we need them to. Sure, you'll always have a couple of bumps in the road, but otherwise I've been pretty satisfied.
