I scheduled a diagnostic appt around 27 January and Ryan promptly called and said I needed a $275 pump. I authorized the repair that day. Now, 3/3//11, more than 1 month later, I haven't heard anything more from either Ryan or Russ despite approximately 12 calls and 6 messages left. Impossible to get in touch with directly. Terrible service.
