I attended a grave side service for an infant which was heartbreaking to start with. It was late afternoon and the priest had just finished speaking when I looked up\r
only to see two men with shovels approaching the grave site. Upon seeing this the Mother screamed and collapsed. How inconsiderate and unfeeling, I know that it was late in the afternoon and these men had a job to do but couldn't they wait until the family left! No Mother should have to be put through that! It was totally unexcusable and unacceptable. I called Cook Walden Pflugerville's office the following day to complain and was completely blown off, they could have cared less!\r
