AGFC is your answer: you will experience fitness, recreational or competitive programs by using the athletic saber. Kids as well as adults are welcome and if you start with a buddy it is even better, you will have someone to bout with (like ""dueling""). Saber is the real deal you get to slash and thrust, comparing to the other two fencing weapons, epee and foil, where only ""poking"" is allowed. AGFC is located in West LA, close to the 405 and 10 FWY ( close to Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood, etc.).
