On Saturday there was a leak in the exact same spot through the powder room ceiling hole that was there from the first repair.? Ryan did come back to our house, found a new leak and fixed the problem.? He also gave us written estimates to replace the tile and tub or another option to put in a molded unit.? Ryan's level of customer service really impressed me!? I, too, deal with customers all day and I appreciate the time it takes to do things right.
