Do your research and do not be lured in by the promise of free install/removal as I was. 2 years later and I am met with the same condescending rude & un - empathetic attitude as the other posters.
In 2 years I had one complaint that I wanted to dispute and was immediately spoke to as though it was my fault. They got a violation fine AND late fees PLUS a re-scheduling fee from me all in the last 30 days.
They are un-professional and take advantage of your situation not matter who you are or how you came to this punishment. More money in the pockets of these 3rd party providers.
Definitely stay away, do your research, and go elsewhere to full fill this obligation to the State of Arizona. If you currently have the misfortune of dealing with these twits - don't talk to Katrina or Laura. Each of them could care less about your situation.
