I want to take this moment to thank you and your staff for the great
customer service that State Farm offers. Recently a tree fell on top of my
2011 Toyota Camry. Needless to say I was very upset at the whole situation
it was until I spoke to one of your agents at State Farm that all my worries
disappeared. The professionalism and speedy service was comforting, since
the moment that I placed the claim and took my vehicle to the shop the
follow up calls and updates I received assured me that State Farm was with
me every step of the way. I came back home in a rental and my car was
repaired to look brand new again.
As a person I thank you and your agents for being there for us in times of
need, as a customer I look forward to enjoy many years of great customer
service with the best insurance company I ever had.
