To Whom it May Conern~\r \r My initial Appointment with this company was 11/12/2011 with a 2pm-3pm window. And I waited for a couple hours after that even before calling to find out what was going on, and having heard Nothing from them. WHEN I reached Tyler, the one who made my appointment with me over the phone, he told me ""your appointment isn't until the 19th"", was was not true, as I had written it into my Calendar when we set it up. BUT Tyler agreed to arrive Saturday the 19th @ 5pm (since I had a Doctor Appointment @3pm), so as upset and disappointed as I was, I let it go. \r \r Yesterday the 19th 2 men arrived at my door from Universal Refinish to do the work at 12:30pm, which noone had even called me about, and was not enough Time to do the job due to my Doctor Appointment @ 3pm, and when I told them the appointment was at 5pm, they told me they'd come back then. I then called Tyler to find out why this happened and got voice mail, and no return call.\r \r I went on to the Doctors appointment, and hurried home to be here in time for the appointment with Universal Refinish. By 7pm I gave up waiting without even a call to me to explain why this happened, or that they'd need to come later that evening from this company. I didn't bother calling Again since the first call I made went unanswered. \r \r Overall this Horrific Experience with this company has cost me 3 weeks of Time and needless hours of waiting at home for someone who never came or even called. Not to mention My Plans for the Thanksgiving Holiday to have the Tub prepared for arriving Family will probably not happen now Because Of This Company. \r \r My Experience with this company is Extremely Poor, Frustrating, and Unnacceptable by anyone's measure Period! This company is Very Dispectful of Customer Time & Schedule, as well as Unreliable! I can only imagine what the Work Would Have Been Like IF they'd actually done it. Likely Very Low Quality like their Customer Service Is!\r \r IF they did not want to or did not have Time to do this Job They Should Have simply said so! Noone should have to go through something like this for a Service They Are Paying For! \r \r Fortunately for me what I lost was Time and not my money too! \r \r I have determined to forewarn Everyone by any means available to me Not To consider having this company do anything for them. As You may not get out as cheaply as I did with a loss of Time and Plans, which was too much to begin with. \r \r Thank You~Suni\r \r more
