This company has the worst practices that I have ever encountered. They lied to me, several times, degraded me, were condescending and rude on the phone and all of this after I told them I had no issue paying the bill. I cannot believe that a company can treat people this way! They promised that if I made payment arrangements it would not go on my credit; THEY LIED. They reported me right away and now refuse to remove it even though I was making the payments as agreed! DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
