I ordered (30) Elegant Butterfly Design Place Card Frames for my best friend's baby shower to be given out as gifts...more than half of them were defective to one degree or another. I contacted the company immediately and they promised replacement items to be sent out same day all personally inspected for defects to be delivered to me in time for the shower. They went out the following day and the UPS tracking confirmaton that I received showed that they would not be delivered until the day after the shower. I called the company immediately and left a message to see if there was anything I could do and called repeatedly the next day...no one called back. I had to go out to at least 5 stores in order to find something we could use instead. Luckily I found a replacement in time and was able to still do the gifts no thanks to Wrap with Us. I am still trying to get my money back and they are refusing to pay for the shipping back stating that's on me after getting the BBB involved...HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT YOU CAN'T DELIVER AS PROMISED?!
