Unfortunately I disregarded the reviews and chose this company because they gave me the best quote. Huge mistake!!!! I wanted to move from NYC to CA so I asked if my staff could be delivered in exactly 2 weeks. I spoke to 2 different people, both said it is doable, went ahead and booked my moving out day. The dispatcher called me to arrange a time for the move and he started yelling when I told him that I needed my staff delivered in 14 days, saying that he will have a truck out there in 10 days or I may had to wait 10-14 days from the date I would be available for my furniture to be delivered. After a long argument, he said he would do his best to have everything delivered as soon as possible to my availability date. To make the story short, it took 2 weeks and many angry phone calls to have my staff in CA. They were lying that they would call the driver to get an estimate when he would be in CA and the driver hadn't even left the premises!!!! Suffice to say that at some point I threatened to sue them for fraud when they wanted to charge me extra for long carry in CA. They broke my mirror frame, wine and water glasses, vases etc. Seriously, DO NOT use this company, it will cost you more in the end! Such a pity there is no ""THEY SUCK"" rating!
