I have had very bad experiences with them. I have bought two applicances from them. The first time they put a very large gouge in my front door jam. The second time they put a very deep gouge in a door that essentially ruined it, and also one in the hardwood floor. I had to call numerous times over a period of months to get someone to address the issue. They always told me I had to speak with the owner, who was never in the office and never returned calls or e-mails. They did a very shoddy job of installing a $7,000 refrigerator. They just want to use the cheapest labor possible, install the appliance as fast a possible and get you to sign off on the delivery rather than take an extry few minutes to protect doors and floors and do a complete installation. If you can find the applicance you want at Home Depot you will get much better service from them.
