I confirmed the job with the company's Aborist on Friday, owner called on Sun to schedule work on the next day, Monday. 2 crews came half an hour early than they planned to. 9 people worked on my front yard and back yard for about an hour. Cole, the Floor Manager kept me well informed with good suggestions on ways to prune my trees. Crews finished their work and clean properly in an hour. Happy with the work and impressed with their effiency. Paid about $100 per person an hour in average plus tax (including workers who cleaned the site and stump grinding). Stump was ground in about 2 weeks later. I got what I paid for. Overall satisfactory experience with the company.
