Time Warner Cable is a joke....no service at all.....there motto is ""We'll do business when we are ready"". The company could care less about what the consumer really think about their organization. TWC had been requesting for months that I come back to them for services......I decide to give them my business......and from there the service went to below an unacceptable level. The company failed to meet their installation dates promised and failed horribly in their services to correct the blunder on their part.....it then became my problem and TWC just told me to cancel the order. Don't know that I have ever been told to cancel an order by the company receiving the request, but I am happy to cancel the order and take my business to another vendor. AT&T and Direct TV understand the importance of customer service....and they understand that the consumer deserves the upmost respect in the business dealing. more
