These jerks owe me two jersey kits. Never recieved my kits. Never got refund. And they dodged all my phone calls and most of my e-mails. I placed an order for four kits in March 2011. I recieved only two of the kits a month later. I e-mailed them several times. I called a few times and left a voice mail. They finally returned one e-mail several weeks later saying they were on vacation and the other two kits were on back order and they'd sent them out soon. They never told me anything was on back order before sending out my partial order, which is bad customer service. Once they told me this I ordered an additional two kits through e-mail , thinking I would revieve all four kits at once (the original order from March was placed on the phone). Well, I recieved those additional two kits, but the two backorder kits I never got. And yes, I was charged for them. The envelope for the additional kits had tracking on it, which none of the previous probably dozen or so orders I had placed ever had. So I got the impression they had sent the previous ones that I never revcieved and thought I was probably lying and trying to cheat them, which was not the case. But instead of talking to me , they avoid me, like a little kid!. If they sent it and It didn't reach my house, it's not my fault. They charge about $6 for shipping when the package label says they only paid about $2. So they should be buying insurance or at least tracking with that left over $4 they are overcharging. Everytime I had called to place a phone order in the past they had answered. But after I complained I never got my kits they quit answering the phone, which tells me the've got caller ID and were dodging my calls. These guys are very unprofessional. And I know it's not just me. Read some of the other negative reviews on here!
