Wow, these people have no idea how to answer their phone, nor return phone calls. We tried to call a couple of times to set up an appointment to have our furnace serviced and when we did get to talk to someone, she was quite nice and promised to be at our home at an agreed upon time and date. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up and I waited the entire day. Why didn't I just call to see if they were coming? Well, I did! And, of course, no answer and no call back from my message that kindly asked if they were still going to make it.
Maybe they're awesome, but good luck getting them to show up, call you back, or uphold an agreement!
