Visited with my friend, Master Chef Carlo Cappiello at his new "Digs", Casa San Carlo for lunch today. As usual, the lunch buffet was loaded with great salad, pizza by the slice and the best Italian dishes to be found in Raleigh or the Triangle for that matter. Master Chef Carlo, formally of Casalinga in Mini City is certain to make this new location a huge hit. Dinner is the best Italian treat anywhere outside of Italy...My favorite is the Sea Bass...but everything Carlo prepares is FIRST RATE...He gets 6 stars our of 5 from me...Papa Jack
