My ""one star"" review is a gift and it's because the store is clean. Aside from this, I have nothing good to say. There is a reason they have a ""no return policy"" and an exchange policy that only gives you store credit for 10 days after the purchase date - they want your money, not your satisfaction, happiness or loyalty. From the moment you walk into the store, you are greeted by employee's with their noses turned up and ""the customer is always wrong"" mentality. In the future I will go out of my way to avoid Between the Sheets in Fashion Island. Spending thousands of dollars for service with an attitude and rediculous policies is not something I would reccomend. There are many other stores that sell luxury bed linens in the area that WILL provide you with customer satisfaction and above all respect.
