Frank was very responsive to all my concerns and information request during the sale. I did my homework and had several estimates and product choices and I am glad I selected him. The price was competitive and service was great. Jerry the service tech was very informative during the process,done right before xmas, which took one day to replace the furnace and a couple more days for the airconditioning outside. I had my rebate information a week after the town inspection which went fine. I had a noise issue with some of the ducts because of the more powerful system but they came out and fixed the problem.
