I apologize upfront for calling at 4:00am with a broke furnace but with kids in the house what are you supposed to do??? Was scheduled 10am- 1200. I took the appointment but continued calling other service providers...its 20 outside! Finally got someone to come at 7:00am with a tip. Called hometown to politely let them know that I wouldn't need their services and was told to ""never call me again"". I'm not letting my family freeze for 6-8 hrs!!!! Unbelievable. I hope no one uses this company. Go with phelps.
